Pastor

Dwayne was the pastor who founded of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he was ordained in 2007. He serves as a director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. As well as pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for equipping the new generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of several online publications and is a contributing author in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman & Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three children.
